Capture condition ratings for entrances, landscaping, windows, ceilings, doors, floors, blinds, HVAC outlets and sensors, lighting, toilets, kitchens and furniture. Verify fire safety compliance including EEL, exits, extinguishers, hose reels, hydrants, evacuation plans and fire panel status. Include car park surface and lighting checks. Add photos, counts and comments to document issues, prioritize repairs and plan preventive maintenance.
