Fire Evacuation Exercise Checklist (6 Month)
by Emma Snelling, from the Community
This fire evacuation exercise template helps facility teams plan and document statutory six-month evacuation drills. Record site details, confirm alarm status and approvals, notify the fire brigade and alarm company, and capture start and end times. Verify muster point visibility, door and window closure, office and toilet checks, marshal identification, appliances turned off, and equipment left safely. Track resident head counts, roll call results, and late or missing persons. Add debrief notes, obtain building representative sign-off, and schedule the next drill date.
