Fire Alarm Testing Checklist for Block F BOH Areas

Conduct and document a full fire alarm test for Block F back of house areas. This checklist covers cause activation, verification of sounders and beacons across Building F, car park and FM hub, and confirmation of fire indications on landlord panels. Record effects on plant including BMS notifications, gas solenoid shutdown and extract fan shutdowns. Verify access control doors release, MSFD damper closures, AOV stair vent opening and lift return to secondary floor. Use observations to capture findings and actions. Designed as a practical example template for routine fire alarm testing in Zone 129.
