Exit Light Safety Inspection
Use this exit light safety inspection checklist to verify that emergency exit lights and signs are visible, illuminated, and code compliant. Record the location and condition of each unit, check lens and housing integrity, confirm illumination, and test the battery and charging indicator using the test button. Validate backup power duration, ensure signage is clearly visible and unobstructed, and confirm arrows and directions are correct. Note serial numbers, maintenance history, and any defects.
