This Electrical Post-Inspection (V2) checklist helps housing associations, facilities teams, and electrical contractors verify the quality and safety of completed works. Capture job details and photos of the consumer unit, assess ingress protection, bonding, accessory condition and fixings, fire-rated clips, circuit schedules, and required warning labels including solar PV. Verify smoke alarm interconnection and placement. Cross-check certificates and measured values for Ze, PFC, earthing system, and conductor sizes. Perform sample testing and compare r1+r2, L-L, N-N, E-E, Zs, and points against certificate records. Log observations and corrective actions, record tenant communication and feedback, summarize outcomes, attach evidence, and provide an overall score with sign-off.
