This EcoFM cleaning inspection checklist helps facilities and cleaning supervisors evaluate service quality across key areas. It covers pick-up and waste bins, dust wipe tasks on furniture and ledges/sills, glazing and high-level surfaces, floors including carpet and hard floor, stairs/lifts, and toilets (sinks, urinals/W.C.s, fittings, and floors). Inspectors can capture photos of observations, record non-conformances, review paperwork (specifications, work instructions, training sheets, dilution rates, and period task records), and conclude with a summary, additional cleaning requirements, actions to be taken, and signatures for accountability.
