This template is designed to audit cleanliness and hygiene across police custody suites. It covers reception and offices, washrooms, kitchens and canteens, custody cells, and medical rooms, with scoring for good, fair, or poor results. Inspectors can verify floors, desks, glazing, telephones, beds, sinks, toilets, waste bins and liners, window sills, and all horizontal surfaces. Site compliance items such as warning signs, site file, communication book, and uniforms are included. Use it to schedule inspections before, during, and after cleaning, document nonconformities, assign corrective actions, capture photos, and record assessor signatures for accountability.
