Use this Personal Emergency Evacuation Plan to document the support an employee needs to evacuate safely from your site. Capture job role and location and normal work areas across floors and yards and specific evacuation needs. Assess access to alarms signage and routes communication needs and mobility limitations. Assign an evacuation buddy and deputy attach a building layout with routes and record employee and assessor sign off. Review the plan at least annually or after significant changes.
