Car Wash Facilities Report Template

Use this weekly car wash facilities report to document the condition of your site across exterior areas, vacuums, parking lots, driveways, and landscaping. Inspect tunnel operations including prep room, hoses, guns, signage, lighting, track, rollers, wraps, mitters, rain bars, wheel blaster, tire shine, and conveyors. Record pit and manhole status, blower room cleanliness, back room motors and prep tanks, chemical systems including hydrominders, eductors, flow jets, air and water trees, and hydraulic motors. Check air compressor filters, RO unit, tanks and PPM, and overall cleanliness. Log issues, prioritize repairs, and track maintenance through the week.
