Diese Vorlage unterstützt die regelmäßige Prüfung ortsfester elektrischer Anlagen in Gebäuden. Enthalten sind Funktionskontrollen von Fehlerstromschutzschaltern (RCD) an definierten Unterverteilungen sowie Prüfungen des Überspannungsschutzes gemäß VdS 2010, insbesondere nach Gewittern. Die Struktur bildet mehrere Etagen und Standorte ab (z. B. Lobby, Backoffice, 1.–7. OG) und ermöglicht die lückenlose Dokumentation durch Namensangabe in Blockschrift und Unterschrift.
