Deze CAV gebouw checklist (PiP versie 2017) ondersteunt een systematische visuele inspectie van brandveiligheidsvoorzieningen in een gebouw. Controleer brandmelders, indicators en handmelders per ruimte, beoordeel en registreer blusmiddelen zoals schuimblussers, haspels en blusdekens, en noteer waarden en bevindingen. Locaties omvatten souterrain, garage, E-verdeelruimte, CV- en natte ruimtes, lokalen 1 t/m 4, binnenplaats en buiten. Defecten kunnen worden gespecificeerd en met foto vastgelegd. Inclusief velden voor handtekeningen en datum voor volledige traceerbaarheid.
