Capture contact and occupancy details, note vulnerabilities, and assess rooms including hallway, kitchen, bathroom, lounge, dining room, bedrooms, and externals. Check for extractor fans, confirm operation, and record signs of damp, mould, roof or drainage defects, water ingress, and breaches of the damp proof course.
