Use this Arrow NCAP property inspection checklist to assess the condition of logistics and warehouse sites. Review external areas including barriers, gates, signage, CCTV, watercourses, landscaping, and parking. Inspect loading and unloading docks such as impact protection, truck guides, doors, dock levellers, aprons, and autodocks. Check building fabric, glazing, lighting, structure and masonry, interior and exterior floors, office space, mezzanine and warehouse areas, circulation zones, loading bays, hardstand, and on site road surfaces. Evaluate roof lights, drainage, and solar panels. Record energy readings for heat, water, and electricity and note the condition of heating and domestic water systems. Confirm health and safety compliance including fire risk and H and S assessments, and capture repair estimates where needed.
