Deze template ondersteunt VvE-beheer bij groot onderhoud aan buitenschilderwerk. De checklist behandelt bouwplaatsinrichting, administratie van de voorman, klimmaterieel zoals vaste steigers, rolsteigers en hoogwerkers, inzet van vaklieden, en de juiste werkvolgorde. Veiligheid staat centraal met controle op PBM’s, ID-checks en waarschuwingen. Technische controles omvatten vochtgehalte en temperatuur, schuren en schoonmaken, houtrotbehandeling, laagdiktemeting, onderkanten en sponningcheck, plus vastlegging van extra werkzaamheden en kosten.
