Outdoor Pool Safety Compliance Report NSW
by Andrew Schultz, from the Community
This outdoor pool safety compliance checklist supports inspections in New South Wales aligned to the Swimming Pools Act 1992 and AS1926.1-2012. It guides verification of CPR signage, barrier height and gaps, non climbable zones NCZ1 to NCZ5, gates and latches, windows, retaining walls, and strength and rigidity tests. Inspectors can document locations, capture photographs, record measurements and note any public safety risks that may require urgent action by council. Suitable for council officers, certifiers and property managers overseeing residential pool safety compliance.
