Dit Formulier Functioneren is een praktisch HR-beoordelingsformulier om het functioneren van medewerkers gestructureerd vast te leggen. Het sjabloon bevat beoordelingsonderdelen voor kennis, kwaliteit, nauwkeurigheid, productiviteit, persoonlijke inzet en houding, zelfstandigheid en leergierigheid, samenwerking in het team en klantgerichtheid richting projectleiders en klanten.
