Dit oplever- en controleformulier voor steigerwerk ondersteunt aannemers en steigerbouwers bij een veilige en conforme oplevering. Het formulier legt kerngegevens van het project vast (bedrijfsnaam, projectnaam, locatie, uitvoerder) en bevat een gestructureerde checklist voor de belangrijkste veiligheidseisen: uitvoering volgens tekening of standaardconfiguratie, draagkrachtige ondergrond, juiste staanderafstanden en voetplaten, complete leuningen en kantplanken, aangebrachte diagonalen en verankering, kantplankhouders en plankverlengers, uitloopleuningen bij trapopgangen, dichtgelegde vloeren en aanwezigheid van de groene kaart. Inclusief ruimte voor handtekeningen van uitvoerder en controleur en de opleverdatum.
