Use this Team Drilling vehicle pre-operation checklist to complete pre-shift inspections on light vehicles and trucks at mining sites. Record contract, operator, location, license plate and kilometers. Capture photos of all sides, note damage and reporting status. Check tires and spare, windshield and mirrors, buggy whip and strobe. Verify engine fluids (motor and transmission oil, coolant), battery, belts and leaks. Inspect interior, seat belts and instrument panel; test radio, horn, backup alarm, headlights and signals. Confirm safety equipment: first aid kit, fire extinguisher, tow strap, shovel, booster cables, jack and wrench, spill kit, and registration papers.
