Use this SEM 2.13.3.1 mining safety audit to assess legal appointments 2.6.1, 2.9.2, 2.17.1, 2.18.1, health and safety policy, site induction, competence and authorizations, SLAM and JRA, PPE, permits, isolation and lockout, live testing, work at heights, excavation, site setup and housekeeping. Verify training, tool condition, drawings, and special tools. Inspect gas cutting, welding with open circuit test less than 30 volts, lifting gear, trailers including gross vehicle mass and brakes, towing vehicles, lights and chevrons, collision avoidance systems, and identification. Check drill rigs including tower pins, wire line and hoist cables, cameras, fatigue monitors, leaks, casings and rods, and batteries. Confirm compliance for illumination, fire suppression, pressure vessels, guards, safety devices, drop zones, hose whip restraints, tyres, jacks, brakes and steering, and required signatures.
