This PRW Site VFL checklist helps supervisors and safety leaders document Visible Felt Leadership conversations on construction sites. Use it to walk the site with subcontractors, capture photos, and verify access and egress, labor camp conditions, and clear exclusion zones for formwork erection and stripping. Check signage, safe sequences, edge protection, lifelines, and harness use beyond demarcation. Review housekeeping, material stacking away from leading edges, tool and equipment condition, tool lanyards, and PPE. Assess safety files, formwork drawings and revisions, appointed competencies, weather securing methods, and handover records. Confirm working at heights training, toolbox talks, JSAs, and DSTIs are completed and communicated.
