Use this NGM-aligned Working at Heights - Ladders checklist to verify critical controls before and during ladder tasks. Confirm a team risk assessment, apply the 4:1 angle, secure and tie off ladders, extend at least three feet above the landing, and inspect ladder, fall protection, and tie-off points. Maintain three points of contact and use a harness when working 5 feet or higher. Mark each item Controlled, At Risk, or NA, pause unsafe work, and record corrective actions and notes.
