Hydraulic Inspection Checklist for Mining Equipment
by Richard Czornowol, from the Community
This MCIS hydraulic inspections template helps teams assess the condition and safety of mining equipment. Inspectors can confirm asset details, locate the item, capture photographs, and verify that electrical safety certificates are current. The checklist covers use of a master gauge and serial number, relief valve presence, function and end-of-stroke tests up to 10000 psi, and overall pass or fail. Record maintenance performed such as fitting dust caps, replacing gauges and couplers, adding oil, or tagging out equipment, and attach notes and reports.
