This KPC service truck audit checklist helps teams assess fuel trucks used on mining sites. Inspect depot and bombproof panels, wiring conduits and glands, flow meters, temperature probes, HV actuated valves, hoses, swivels, and nozzles. Function-test auto ID and verify actuator and flow meter operation. Test RAM chip battery voltage with ideal range 2.6-3.6 V (replace if below 2.0 V). Check communications and ping the depot. Capture photos, note faults, assign responsibility to KPC, Epiroc, or Banlaw, and record safety and environmental issues.
