This monthly inspection job sheet supports mining sites using Banlaw fuel and lube systems to meet service level agreements and preventive maintenance goals. It guides technicians through site access checks, PPE and tool readiness, vehicle checks, and safety paperwork. Record scope of work tasks, time spent, and attach photos. Inspect panels, displays, keyboards, sensors, level switches, communications to servers, card and fob readers, UPS batteries, heaters, dry break hardware, holsters, loading arms and hoses, breakaway valves, meters, RTD probes, flow computers, valves, electrical terminations and earthing, drawings, remote enclosures, communication devices, and tank level instruments. Track defects and action items with comments and attachments, capture hours, and obtain representative sign off to complete the job.
