Assess and document a driver's ability to operate a light vehicle safely at the Havieron mining site. This VoC checklist guides evaluators through licence verification, radio channel selection for NAR, Camp Dome, main access, drill areas and MIA, speed limits for roads and work areas, departure and arrival notifications to the SAR board, and daily prestart checks. It reinforces site rules including 4WD on unsealed roads, designated routes, right of way, parking and chocking, mobile phone restrictions, positive communications distances, and stop and shutdown requirements. Multi-Combination Vehicle Verification of Competency
This Verification of Competency template assesses an operator’s ability to safely operate multi-combination vehicles and road trains in mining and haul environments. It includes oral questions on mine operating environments, communication and coordination, vehicle specifications, and permit requirements.
