Inspect entrances, structural pillars, and natural support, check for damage, deformation, loading, and contact with roof and walls, and document photos where needed. Identify indicators of rock and roof fall hazards, floor heave, side wall convergence, and signs of subsidence that could impact surface installations. Record frequency of inspections, replacement of damaged elements, and confirm the mine’s ground control and support plan.
