This drill prep inspection template helps mining teams confirm benches and access tracks are ready for drilling and blasting. Verify road and ramp grades, intersections, bunding at faces and open edges, drainage slots, and geotechnical controls. Check removal or relocation of pumps, pipelines, cables, infrastructure, and communications trailers. Ensure AOZ requirements, permits to disturb, dust management, and limits are in place. Record schedule dates, attach plans, escalate delays, and apply JSA controls for any non-compliance, with periodic sign-off.
