Bulk Push Supervisor Plan Compliance Checklist
by Alicia Ragan, from the Community
This mining checklist supports supervisors in verifying plan compliance during bulk push operations each shift. It covers multiple locations, checks alignment to the planned design, ensures all required signage and demarcation are in place, and confirms that only assigned dozers are operating in the push. Supervisors can document locations of non-assigned dozers, attach photos of signage and progress, capture inspection date and time, and enter comments before sign-off. Designed for open cut environments such as Caval Ridge Mine, it standardizes operational compliance and improves safety and accountability across crews and shifts.
