This CC2 dump truck loading checklist supports safe, efficient loading operations at mine sites. Use it to confirm lighting plants are set up and bunded, trucks stop when directed by the loading plant, operators back into the load face correctly, dust suppression is adequate, floor conditions are suitable, queuing is controlled, and positive radio communication is maintained between dump trucks and auxiliary equipment. It also checks that loading faces are free of rocks to prevent tyre damage, trucks align under the loading plant correctly, cavities are identified and managed, loads meet capacity, and areas remain free of litter.
