Racking and Loading/Unloading Gemba Checklist

This Gemba checklist supports ADI Hubs managers in assessing warehouse racking and loading/unloading safety. Verify SWL is marked, monthly and annual inspections are documented, racking is bolted and protected, and safety pins are in place. Ensure loose loads above head height are secured. During loading/unloading, confirm wheel chocks are used, drivers dismount and shut down vehicles, fall protection is available at docks, and SOS controls are in place for tanker and bulk operations. Check spill kits and drain covers are available in loading areas.
