This arrival inspection checklist helps teams record the condition of new or used mining equipment the moment it reaches site. Inspectors capture photos from all sides, serial and engine tags, hours, cab and dash details, ROPS and FOPS tags, transmission and axle tags, tire sizes, drill and compressor hours, and any spare parts or manuals included. The checklist prompts checks for antifreeze strength, winterization, fire suppression, and general damage. Any leaks or environmental issues must be reported to a supervisor. Results can be shared with stakeholders at the end of the inspection.
