Use this Zone 11 GMP inspection checklist to assess warehouse and receiving areas in a food manufacturing environment. Verify pallets and storage compliance, sealed and undamaged ingredients, closed boxes and covered packaging, clean and closed dock doors with intact insulation and door sweeps, shatterproof lighting, FIFO and SOP adherence, and shipping and receiving practices. Inspect inbound and outbound documentation, trailer inspections, sanitation and clutter, standing water, pest control, lagoons and alleyways, truck scales and parking areas, and freezer trailer organization. Evaluate food defense controls, restricted access, and absence of suspicious activity. Confirm personnel PPE use, adherence to safety procedures, and proper storage of personal items. Record findings and required corrective actions with signatures.
