Deze WPI Indaver Impex checklist ondersteunt periodieke werkplekinspecties binnen industriële omgevingen. Controleer eerdere inspectiepunten, keuringsstatus van elektrisch materieel, aanhangers, heftrucks en hoogwerkers, brandblussers en EHBO-middelen. Verifieer vergunningen, certificaten en opleidingen, en of VGM-plan en TRA zijn gevolgd en besproken. Beoordeel gebruik van PBM, bereikbaarheid van vluchtwegen en nooddouches, risico’s zoals val- en beknellingsgevaar, chemische blootstelling, afzettingen en noodstoppen. Controleer aarding van installaties, orde en netheid, werken op hoogte, en veiligheid bij laden en lossen. Inclusief verwijzing naar gebruikersinstructies, operatorhandboek en opstellingschecklist bij ingebruikname.
