Weekly Safety Walk Checklist
This weekly safety walk checklist helps teams conduct consistent facility inspections and drive corrective actions. It covers exterior areas and emergency exits, walking and working surfaces, warehouse conditions (pallets, forklifts, storage, fire extinguishers), first aid and eyewash access, and environmental, fire, electrical, and ventilation hazards.
