This CNC machine annual service checklist guides technicians through a complete preventive maintenance routine. Verify work permits and safety before starting. Inspect hydraulics, lubrication systems, spindle cooler, gearboxes, coolant and pneumatic systems. Assess mechanical components including chucks, drawbars, belts, spindle noise, and drawbar force with reference to OEM tables. Test ATC, APC, turret, and tailstock functions. Review axes for guard condition, backlash and gridshift, and calibrate probes. Check conveyors, guarding, alignments, and electrical systems including voltages, batteries, interlocks, and emergency stops. Capture vibration, thermal imaging, photos, video proof, and sign off.
