This behavior-based observation checklist helps leaders and trainers conduct daily BBOs with team members. It covers PPE compliance including steel-toe footwear, hi-vis apparel, safety glasses, and appropriate gloves; general safety behaviors like proper lifting, man and machine separation, tidy work areas, using pedestrian walkways, stop look point, and the ten foot rule; process adherence for correct tool and equipment use and following written work instructions; and COVID-19 controls for PPE, sanitizing, and distancing.
