Deze inspectiechecklist helpt bij het beoordelen van veiligheid en orde in kantoor, werkplaats, magazijn en op het bedrijfsterrein. Controleer nooduitgangen, brandblusmiddelen en noodplannen. Evalueer ergonomie, verlichting, ventilatie en apparatuur op kantoor. In de werkplaats let u op lasrookafzuiging, machine-instructies, doorgangen en kabels. In het magazijn controleert u MSDS, etikettering, opslag van oliën en gasflessen, gemarkeerde paden en uitstekende delen. Beoordeel ook keuken, kantine en sanitaire voorzieningen op hygiëne en werking. Gebruik dit formulier om bevindingen vast te leggen en follow-up te plannen.
