Schneider Electric: New and Expectant Mothers Assessment
by Chris Stapylton, from the Community
This workplace risk assessment template helps managers evaluate and document the needs of new and expectant mothers in office or factory environments. It covers personal and emergency contacts, COSHH and chemical exposure, DSE and workspace setup, environmental factors such as temperature, lighting, and noise, fire and first aid notifications, manual handling requirements, access to suitable rest areas, wellbeing considerations, working hours, workload pressures, and general feedback. Use it to identify hazards, determine if additional assessments are required, and share findings with HR, managers, and the employee.
