This safety audit checklist supports comprehensive workplace inspections across food manufacturing environments. It covers facility entry controls, PPE use, posted safety rules, and general housekeeping. Fire and emergency readiness includes extinguisher status, inspections, drills, evacuation routes, lighting, and trained responders. First aid and incident reporting address stocked kits, room checks, trained first aiders, investigation and communication of incidents.
