Use this checklist to document vacuum tests for composite blade components in manufacturing. Capture part details and serial numbers, blade model, test date, and preparer. Record initial and final vacuum readings in mbar for Layer 1 over 20 minutes and Layer 2 over 3 minutes. Note the vacuum drop and verify that results meet pass criteria of less than 50 mbar for Layer 1 and less than 30 mbar for Layer 2.
