This Civil ITR Inspection Test Report template supports civil works inspections for EV charging installations and similar projects. Use it to record client and site details, and verify external works including substation alignment with design, GRP transformer enclosure condition and sealing, presence of warning labels and IDNO contacts, and NAL or LV pillar foundations. Check that ducting between the LV pillar and chargers is sized, routed, and installed to the specified depth with referenced drawings. Confirm fiber optic and earthing ducts meet requirements between the LV pillar and building. Validate LV pillar installation and fixings at the required points. Adapt this example to your procedures and local standards before use.
