Use this pre delivery inspection checklist to verify the condition and operation of industrial pressure cleaners before handover. Record serial and model details, capture machine images, and confirm exterior cleanliness. Check dip stick fitment and engine oil levels, inspect electrical cables, hoses, guns and accessories. Test high and low pressure, float valve, bypass and chemical injector. Measure operating pressures, confirm burner and thermostat function, pressure switch response, and smooth engine performance and current draw. Ensure all switches work and note any leaks or damage. Log sales order references, team member, date and additional items.
