This MBS Daily and Weekly Clean Log Sheet helps teams standardize cleaning and maintenance around an MBS unit and grinding box. Operators log daily cleans from Monday to Friday, including removal of dust and debris, with before and after photos. The form captures blade cut counts and completed grind cycles to track wear and performance. Weekly tasks include cleaning sensors and performing a general internal and external area clean, also verified with photos. PPE is required for all tasks, and the sheet includes sign offs by the operator and OTL after all daily and weekly items are completed on Friday.
