This ISO 9001 Section 9 Performance Evaluation checklist helps organizations assess how well their Quality Management System is monitored, measured, analyzed, and reviewed. It covers clause 9.1 (Monitoring and Measurement), including customer satisfaction and analysis and evaluation; clause 9.2 (Internal Audit), addressing audit programs, criteria, objectivity, reporting, and corrective actions; and clause 9.3 (Management Review), including inputs such as trends in customer feedback, process performance, NCRs, resources, external provider performance, risks and opportunities, and outputs like improvement decisions and resource needs. Use it to verify calibration and maintenance of measuring equipment, retention of documented information, closure of NCRs, and continual improvement of the QMS.
