This maintenance checklist helps technicians schedule and document service for Hyundai forklifts rated 3000-9000 lb in LPG and diesel variants. It covers visual inspections of guards, masts, decals, tires, seats, and leaks; brake and steering checks; electrical and battery; engine, transmission, differential, fuel, and cooling systems. Mast and hydraulic components include forks, load backrest, channels, rollers, lift chains, cylinders, pumps, hoses, and pulleys. It guides operational tests, lighting and alarm checks, fire extinguisher, horn, and operator manual verification. Tasks include cleaning, lubrication, fluid level checks, and replacement of oils and filters, plus CSA annual inspection tracking.
