Hazardous Waste Inspection Checklist

This hazardous waste inspection checklist supports weekly audits across waste storage areas such as recycling rooms and garages. It guides inspectors to confirm proper labeling and dating, verify 90/180-day storage limits, check lids are closed and containers are free of leaks, dents, or corrosion, maintain adequate aisle space, and ensure secondary containment and rooms are clean and dry. Sections cover landfill and recycling compactor observations. Inspectors can attach photos, add comments for any nonconformances, and sign off electronically to document compliance.
