Hazard Hunt

This Hazard Hunt checklist helps teams proactively identify and record workplace hazards that are not controlled to ALARP. It covers common risk sources such as electricity, vehicles, machinery, tools, pressure and stored energy, noise, chemicals, environment, procedures and methods, materials, hot and cold objects, ergonomics, access and first aid, dust, vibration, work at height, sharp edges, depth, weather, fatigue, hygiene, and housekeeping. Each finding includes fields for hazard description, risk score, required actions, assignee, and due date to drive follow-up. Use it to raise proactive reports, assign owners, and close gaps to improve safety performance across operations.
