Voer periodieke inspecties uit op glas en hard kunststof in alle productie- en opslagruimtes aan de hand van het glas en hard kunststof register. Leg uitsluitend afwijkingen van de kwartaalinspectie vast, beschrijf locatie en materiaal, voeg foto en aanvullende informatie toe en beoordeel het risico op productcontaminatie (laag, midden of hoog). Plan onderhoud of monitoring, volg bij hoog risico de glasbreukprocedure en zorg voor tijdige opvolging van openstaande acties. De QA Manager beoordeelt en tekent af.
