Use this furniture inspection template to manage quality checks across production. Evaluate raw wood for moisture (6–8%), knots, cracks, bug holes, and watermarks. Verify lamination with drop and spot tests, record glue type and expiry, and confirm plank sizes and thickness. Compare dimensions to signed samples with jigs or fixtures. Conduct 10 percent inline, 50 percent midline, and 100 percent final inspections, including load or strength tests where applicable. Capture defects with photos, document quantities and dates, check packaging and transport readiness, and record pass or fail outcomes.
