Use this finished boat quality inspection checklist to ensure every vessel is ready for delivery. Verify electrical systems and accessories including breakers, bilge pump, aerator, navigation lights, horn, depth finder, and LED lighting. Confirm serial numbers and plates, capacity plate, rub rail, decals, console numbers, and trailer components. Inspect steering and hydraulics, windshield, grab rails, seats and poles, helm pad, sea deck, charger, trolling motor and plug, tie-downs, transom saver, tackle trays, and battery trays. Assess paint and weld quality, component alignment, foam quality, screw heads, cleanliness, and touch-ups. Capture photos where required.
